About the studio
Hey there, I'm Gemma. I design and build Shopify stores for business owners who are ready for a site that actually feels like their brand — not a theme they half-DIYed at midnight and never quite felt right about.
I've got ten years working in e-commerce and am a designer and developer wrapped up into one. No hand-balling work off to an offshore team — if I design it, I also build it. Based in Australia, working with clients from all over the world.

Yore Collective isn't for everyone — and honestly, that's kind of the point. We work best with business owners who are genuinely excited about what they're building, care about how it shows up online, and want a creative partner who's actually invested in the outcome, not just the deliverable.
We're not here to churn through projects. When we take something on, we properly slot into your world — getting deep into your brand, your customers, and what success actually looks like for you. We love that bit. The getting-to-know-you phase where we start to see your business the way you see it, and then figure out how to translate all of that into something online that finally feels right.
Ten years in e-commerce means we've seen what works and what quietly doesn't, and we bring all of that into every project alongside the design and development skills to actually execute on it. You bring the vision, we bring everything else — and between us we build something worth showing off.

How it works
You bring the idea. We bring the vibes.
Discovery
A quick call to understand your brand and whether we're a good fit. We'll discuss budget and timelines and if everything aligns I'll send a contract over with next steps and a deposit invoice.
Strategy
Before design begins, I get under the blankets of your brand — we chat through who your customer is, what your goals are, what the site actually needs to do.
Design
From there, I take my research and design your brand-spanking-new Shopify store. I generally allow 2 rounds of feedback before final sign off.
Build
Once design is signed off, I build it. Generally 4–6 weeks depending on the size and scope of the build. This covers reviews and testing together prior to launch.
Launch
We go live — yehaw! I'll send over custom Loom recordings showing you how to use your new website yourself and offer a 14 day post-live support window for any bug fixes.
After
Projects end. Relationships don't. Many of my clients go on to become friends and I honestly wouldn't have it any other way!
Ad-hoc support
Not every Shopify problem needs a full project. If you're stuck and simply need some help, feel free to send me the issue. Not only will I fix it, I will also explain what happened so you're not lost next time.
